by now you are probably used to seeing my bikes in the redwoods. pinky-moto decided it was tired of living in semi-storage in the hot valley lands and needed a vacation up north so we went climbing together on the usual big basin loop roads. no moisture of any kind left on this route so no fenders needed, nyuk, nyuk. i forgot how solid this puppy is at speed descending. oh yes - we will do this again soon...

I am used to riding a recumbent bike but you seem to like the traditional ones better. I suppose if I were riding alongside red woods I would too!
it's true. sometimes in the hills i need to stand out of the saddle to make the summits. i guess recumbents have better gearing for that sort of thing...
