Perfect weather today for a great ride with my neighbor, Doss and old friend, Greg. We did the Boulder Creek/Big Basin loop on Lodge Rd. so we could check out Sempervirens Falls. The pic above is Greg there - it was just a trickle of what it was 3 weeks ago but still a beautiful, cool fern grotto scene. Doss rode his modern Marin 2-wheel carbon speed demon, Greg on his '73 Cinelli and I rode the good ol' Eisentraut - 1st serious ride with the new config of drop bars and quill pedals with clips 'n straps. It moves pretty well now.
